Are your products gluten free?
We have a few gluten free macaron!
At markets, let us know you’re looking for gluten free options & we’ll inform you which ones are. As for custom orders, please specify that you’re gluten free to help us accommodate you.

What frosting flavors do you use?
They vary between an American Buttercream, Cream Cheese, Chantilly, & Whipped Creams depending on what flavor you choose. You can also request any type of frosting with your choice of flavor. All custom cakes are covered in an American Buttercream.

Where can we find Jenellycakes products in store?
We sell our macarons & cupcakes at Riffle Farms Market. We also carry our macarons & tarts at Apelu Island Cafe.
Where can I find a price menu?
Check out our pricing on our Menu page. Pricing shown is our base price for standard decorated cakes/desserts. Pricing on custom orders vary depending on the decorations

How do we place a customer order?
The best way to place an order is by clicking the “Custom Orders” tab on this site OR through www.mycustombakes.com/jenellycakes
Which products can be custom ordered?
Cakes, Cupcakes, and Macarons, Cakepops can be custom decorated. We also have a variety of mini desserts that you can purchase by the dozen.
How far in advance should we place a custom order?
One week minimum if the date is available. Some days are fully booked weeks in advance. You check out our order availability on the “Custom Orders” tab on this page OR https://www.mycustombakes.com/jenellycakes/availability
Do you offer delivery/local pick-up?
We offer free delivery for tiered cakes only. All custom orders are pickup only at Riffle Farms Market in Norfolk. Monday - Sunday between the hours of 11am-7pm.
What payment methods do you accept?
Markets- Cash, Credit Card (Tap to Pay available), Apple Pay, Venmo, CashApp.
Custom Orders- Credit Card through payment link, Venmo, Cashapp.
What happens once I place an order?
I will reach out to you about any questions regarding your order. Once the details are finalized, I will send a quote for you to approve. Once approved, this will confirm your order. A payment link will be sent to you. No deposit is required. Full payment can be made the morning of or any time before the pick up date.
I want to make a custom order but am unsure what to order for my event/occasion.
